* what's done:

-new eyes imported into the scene with old shader transferred to them -new head controls imported into the scene and connected to the appropriate inputs for head and shoulder movements -organized the hierarchy grouping -drew face curves and run the script, grouped the cages to the appropriate joints,did some painting

*rest of my week:

-more painting on face -add influence on hair and eyebrows -set muscle controls and phonemes -LOD's

*what I need to know:

if there are any model changes that I will be involved with.

more painting, setting the jaw and eye controls, riveted the eyebrows, transferred scripts on jawL and jawR joints (to seek in cheeks when mouth opens).

I will need to ask you tomorrow about adding influence to the hair from the brow curves. The hair is latticed and then bound to the joints...
